SETTLEMENT QUESTIONS

Get Help with Your Wager Results

If a bet grade looks wrong or your parlay settled differently than you expected, reach our support team through live chat or the account-help tab. We review every settlement dispute with the official league box score so you see exactly how we arrived at the result.

Live Chat Settlement Review Open live chat, share your bet slip reference number, and we pull the official stats that determined the grade. Most reviews finish inside five minutes because we show you the exact league data we used.
Parlay Leg Breakdown Same-game parlays settle leg by leg. We send a push notification when each outcome is final, and you can tap the bet history card to see which legs won, lost or pushed before the entire ticket grade appears.
Stat Correction Alerts If the league changes a stat days after the game — reassigning a touchdown, correcting a rebound total — we alert you through the app and regrade the affected wagers. Your balance adjusts automatically and the corrected grade shows in bet history.
TRANSPARENT GRADING

How We Keep Settlement Fair and Auditable

We grade every bet against the same official league feeds the sportsbooks in regulated states rely on, and our settlement logic is tested daily against known outcomes to catch edge cases before they reach your account. You can review the official result alongside your bet grade in account history.

League-Direct Data Feeds Our sportsbook platform ingests real-time scores and final statistics directly from the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL official APIs. We do not rely on third-party aggregators or manual entry, so the result you see matches the league record.
Automated Settlement Engine Every wager grades through the same rules engine that processes thousands of bets per minute. We do not manually decide outcomes, which means your NFL moneyline and your friend's same-game parlay settle identically if the conditions match.
Daily Settlement Audits We run automated checks each morning that compare our settlement results against known final scores from the previous day. Any mismatch triggers a manual review, and affected bets are regraded and corrected before lunch.
Bet History Transparency Tap any settled wager in your account history to see the odds you locked, the official final score, and the individual stat lines that determined player-prop outcomes. We keep every grade auditable so you understand how we arrived at the result.

We Use League-Verified Scores to Grade Every Wager

Every bet you place on our sportsbook settles against the official statistics the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL publish after the final whistle. We do not settle on television graphics or in-stadium scoreboards. If a stat correction changes the result days later — a scorer's credit reassigned, an assist removed — we regrade your wager and adjust your account. Same-game parlays need

every leg to win; one push usually drops that leg and recalculates the odds, though a single losing leg voids the entire ticket. Player props settle on the official box score: if the league credits a player with 24 points, we pay out the over-23.5 line. Live bets lock at the odds displayed when you confirmed the slip; settlement still waits for

the final result.

Common Sportsbook Settlement Terms Explained

These definitions clarify the language we use when settling your wagers. Knowing what void, push and official result mean helps you read your bet history and understand why a ticket graded the way it did.

01
What does void mean in sports betting?

A void bet is canceled and your stake returns to your account balance. We void a wager when the event is postponed beyond 24 hours, the participant withdraws before the start, or the league declares no official result.

02
What is a push in sports betting?

A push happens when the final result lands exactly on the spread or total you wagered. Your stake comes back with no win or loss. In a same-game parlay, one pushed leg usually drops out and the remaining legs recalculate at lower odds.

03
What is official result settlement?

Official result settlement means we grade your bet using the final statistics the league publishes after the game ends. We wait for the NFL, NBA, MLB or NHL to confirm the score and individual player stats before we finalize the wager grade.

04
What is a same-game parlay?

A same-game parlay combines multiple bets from one game onto a single ticket. Every leg must win for the parlay to pay. If one leg pushes, we usually drop that leg and recalculate the odds; one losing leg voids the entire ticket.

05
What are player props?

Player props are wagers on individual athlete performance — points scored, rebounds grabbed, yards thrown. We settle them against the official box score the league releases after the final whistle, not the television broadcast graphic or stadium scoreboard.

06
What is live-bet settlement?

Live-bet settlement grades wagers placed during the game using the odds displayed when you confirmed the slip. The bet still settles on the final result, but the line and price reflect the score and clock at the moment you locked it in.

Frequently Asked Questions About Bet Settlement

These answers walk through the most common settlement scenarios our support team sees — from postponed games to stat corrections — so you know what to expect when results finalize.

Most moneylines and spreads settle within two minutes of the final whistle. Player props wait for the official box score, which usually arrives five to fifteen minutes after the game. Same-game parlays settle once every leg has an official result, so the last stat to finalize determines when your ticket grades.

If the league postpones the game and reschedules it within 24 hours, your bet stays live and settles on the rescheduled result. If the postponement runs longer than 24 hours or the league cancels the event, we void the wager and return your stake to your account.

Yes. We settle every wager on the final result after overtime or a shootout, unless the market explicitly stated regulation time only. If you bet the NHL moneyline, overtime and the shootout count; if you bet regulation moneyline, we grade at the end of the third period.

We regrade the wager once the league publishes the corrected stat. If the correction flips your result from loss to win, we credit your account and send a push notification. If it flips from win to loss, we deduct the difference and alert you. The corrected grade shows in your bet history with a stat-correction note.

We drop the pushed leg and recalculate the parlay odds using the remaining legs. Your ticket becomes a smaller parlay at lower payout odds. If only two legs remain and one pushes, the parlay reduces to a straight bet on the single remaining leg at its original odds.

Cash-out availability depends on the market and the current game state. When cash-out is offered, you see the button on your open-bets screen with the current buyout amount. Tapping it settles the wager immediately at the displayed value, regardless of the final result. Not every bet type supports cash-out, and the option may disappear during critical moments.
